Dr. Julian Ungar-Sargon: Neurologist
Dr. Julian Ungar is a neurologist with experience in electrodiagnosis, including E.M.G., E.E.G., and evoked potentials. He is also experienced in pain management, a variety of techniques including epidurals, nerve blocks, and BoTox injections when conventional therapy and medicine has failed to alleviate pain. Dr. Ungar trained in England and did his residency and fellowship at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center in New York and has held teaching positions in the Medical College of Pennsylvania as well as Harvard Medical School.
Dennis Grah: EMG Technician
Dennis is the neurological technician at Neurology & Pain Management. His primary duties include nerve conduction and evoked potential studies. He received his education for neurological testing at MCI in Chicago, IL. He has been in the medical field for 9 years and is married to his loving wife Melissa with whom he has four children.

Mikki Yeoman: Office Manager
Mikki is the Office Manager and Medical Assistant to Dr Ungar-Sargon. She graduated from Ivy Tech State College with an Associate Degree in Nursing. In addition, she studied Wound Care/Pressure Ulcers in continuing education. She has worked in long-term care for six years as a Charge Nurse and Wound Treatment Nurse. Mikki is from Northwest Indiana and has lived in Rensselaer for 10 years. Since 1999, she has been married to Daniel Yeoman with whom she has nine children.
Cece Heckman: Office Assistant
Cece graduated in 2007 from Everest College for massage therapy. Cece has always been interested in alternative medicine and tries to help people avoid taking pain medication when possible. She takes her career seriously and enjoys helping patients get better.
Ruth Green: Radiolodic Technologist
Ruth graduated from Porter Memorial School of Radiography in 1991. Following her graduation, Ruth spent 2 years at St. Anthony’s in Michigan City performing CT scans. She spent the next 4 1/2 years in Monticello performing sonograms. Since 2001, Ruth has been a stay at home mom where she and her husband Jeff are raising their son Jeffrey and daughter Nicole. Ruth operates the C-Arm at Neurology and Pain Management.
Patricia McNamara: EEG Technician
Patricia received her education from MCI in Chicago and has been in the medical field for 17 years. Her primary duties at Neurology and Pain Management include EEG’s and Ambulatory EEG’s.
Jamie B.: Medical Assistant
Jamie B. graduated from Everest College in 2010 after completing her externship with Dr Ungar. She has two little boys, Tommy 10 and Alex 4.
Jamie C.: Medical Assistant
Jamie graduated with Honors from Kaplan University and has an Associates Degree in Health Sciences for Medical Assisting. Jamie has future goals to further her education in Electronerodiagnostic Technology (ENDT), Radiology and Phlebotomy. Jamie works as a team member with professionalism, dedication, sincerity, and exceptional organizational skills in our reputable medical setting. In her free time she enjoys the outdoors, scrap booking and journaling memories of her children and family. Jamie has a strong devotion in helping and caring for patients to aid in their well being and happiness.
Jessica B.: CT Technician
Jessica is originally from Michigan. She graduated from Ferris State University with her associates degree in Radiology in 2003. Jessica worked at Allegan Hospital for 2 years performing CT scans and diagnostic x-rays. While at Allegan she was working PRN at Holland Hospital performing diagnostic x-rays. Jessica has been married to Chris for 3 years whom have a son, Chase and daughter, Elsie.
Amanda M.: Surgical Technician
Amanda graduated from Ivy Tech in Lafayette in August 2004 with an Associate degree in Science. She also works PRN at Porter Memorial Hospital in Valparaiso, Indiana as a Surgical Technician in the Labor and Delivery department. She resides in Rensselaer, Indiana with her husband Derick and 4 beautiful daughters, Hope, Hayly, Hanna, and Cadence.
